Training Specialist
Description
Heartland Habilitative Services, LLC is seeking to hire a full time training specialist that will help plan,
conduct, and administer programs to train employees. This position requires strong communication
skills with the ability to adept at listening, questioning, explaining, and giving feedback.
This includes:
- The ability to present learning materials effectively
- Develop and maintain a database of all training materials
- Create training strategies and initiatives
- Test and review created materials
- Track and compile collected data
- Instruct employee training while monitoring performance and learning
- Consult with other trainers and managers
- Conduct employee surveys
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Be able to demonstrate physical intervention
Experience:
- 2 Years Experience in Physical education, Interactive training, planning, and presenting information(Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor in Education, Human Resources, and/or Instructional Design (Required)
