Shared Living Provider
Description
Heartland Habilitative Services, LLC is currently seeking a qualified, compassionate Shared Living Provider that wishes to enrich their life and provide residential support to an individual with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Selected candidates will be matched to an individual with similar lifestyle, interests, and attributes to ensure the safety, happiness, and well-being of the individual. This position is for independent contractors that have acquired a minimum of 2 years of prior experience, pass all background checks, and complete all required training.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Completion of High School Diploma or GED and have a minimum 2 years prior experience as a SLP
- Possess a valid driver's license, current car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Pass all background checks
- Must have full range of motion, physical strength and the ability to achieve and maintain training's and certifications
- Basic computer usage/knowledge
Training/Certification
- First Aid/CPR
- Medication Aide
- MANDT
- On-the-Job Training-The new hire will be compensated for attending the training classes
